What I do
Technical Lead
Owning delivery end to end, from discovery to a released, supported product.
I lead delivery across the whole lifecycle: discovery, design, build, release and support. I work comfortably with CTOs, product and design as well as the engineers doing the work, and I keep delivery pragmatic, transparent and focused on the outcome rather than the process.

How I work
Trust and clear communication do most of the heavy lifting on a distributed team. I set a direction, create room for people to push back, and keep the work moving in small, reversible steps so we're never far from something shippable.
